Diamond Jubilee Celebrations

Appropriate for this weekend: the photograph below shows Queen Square Wolverhampton at the time of Queen Victoria’s Diamond Jubilee celebrations in 1897.  Barclays Bank (background, left) and St Peter’s Church (far background, right) are still there,
